Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be age – 16 or older
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to zone the department effectively, rotate stock and check for expired products consistently
- The candidates should be able to ensure that merchandise is properly signed and priced, adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates
- The candidates should be able to follow food safety and handling procedures, including sanitation and cleaning protocols
- The candidates should be able to follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels
- The candidates should be able to maintain product features to ensure visual appeal and customer engagement
- The candidates should be able to keep the area neat, clean, and organized, free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids
