Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be 18 or older
• The candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for up to 10 hours per day
• The candidates should be able to have steel toed safety shoes/boots for the first day
• The candidates should be aware that other safety personal protective gear may be required as appropriate and will be provided

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to perform general warehouse duties including loading/unloading trailers
• The candidates should be able to work in the Picking, Receiving, and Shipping areas as business dictates
• The candidates should be able to replenish and restock inventory/customer products
• The candidates should be able to maintain the order filling performance expectations of the job function while ensuring picking accuracy
• The candidates should be able to adhere to all Operations policies and procedures
• The candidates should be able to maintain associate-related programs and procedures, including health and safety and housekeeping programs, to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policy
• The candidates should be able to stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 10 hours and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• The candidates should be able to operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, order pickers, and other equipment to move large quantities of merchandise
• The candidates should be able to operate material handling equipment (MHE); special training will be provided to associates based on interest and availability
