Requirements:

Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to exhibit efficient interpersonal skills, communicate effectively in oral and written form, show flexibility, and stay organized
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports, recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, coordinate work activities with other work units, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies

- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
