Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to rapid changes and meeting deadlines efficiently

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports and establish methods to meet work schedules, coordinating work activities with other work units
The candidates should be able to recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality and identify, evaluate, control, and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process
