Salary: $29.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should  have attention to detail

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be proficient in efficient interpersonal skill and flexible
• The candidates should be organized and a team player

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be capable of training staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies effectively
• The candidates should recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions based on performance and organizational needs
• The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports accurately and timely
• The candidates should recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality based on analysis and observation
• The candidates should supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to specifications
• The candidates should establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units to optimize efficiency
• The candidates should be able to requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required, ensuring availability and adequacy for operations
