Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to train staff or workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
- The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports, recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, co-ordinate work activities with other work units, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
