Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Economic specialization: Retail business
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and walk
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel and work overtime as required
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

- The candidates should be client-focused, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have excellent oral communication

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bag, box or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery and obtain articles for customers from shelf or stockroom
- The candidates should be able to unpack products received by store and count, weigh or sort items and record incoming stock
- The candidates should be able to stock shelves and display areas and keep stock clean and in order
- The candidates should be able to price items using stamp or stickers according to price list and attach protective devices to products to protect against shoplifting
- The candidates should be able to fill mail or electronic orders from warehouse stock and perform general cleaning duties (i.e. sweeping, mopping floors)
- The candidates should be able to process electronic transactions using computer equipment and operate cash register
- The candidates should be able to operate electric palette jack and operate forklift
- The candidates should be able to perform order picking and provide customer service
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
