Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years’ experience as lead hand and sub foreman

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be willing to work overtime, nights, and in all weather conditions
  • The candidates should be effective leaders, team players, and communicators

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess a Class 5 driver’s license and demonstrate a high quality of workmanship
  • The candidates should have 2 years of foreman experience in Asphalt, or 5+ years’ experience as a lead hand or sub foreman

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure all work complies with safety and environmental standards, with safety as a top priority
  • The candidates should be able to lead and direct people, equipment, and resources effectively
  • The candidates should be able to conduct hazard assessments, tailgate meetings, and maintain all required documentation
  • The candidates should be able to maintain the company’s image and adhere to company policies and safety practices
  • The candidates should be able to train and lead by example, delegate roles and responsibilities effectively within a crew and read blueprints, track and report daily job productions, and manage job coding
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of paving practices, construction procedures, and heavy construction equipment
  • The candidates should be able to order materials and accurately measure quantities according to approved drawings
  • The candidates should be able to proficient in using Bid2Win, Site-docs, Fleet watcher, and other relevant software and tools
  • The candidates should be able to capable of resolving conflicts and dealing with difficult situations among co-workers and teammates efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to utilize resources and crew members efficiently to optimize project outcomes
