Through advocacy, education, and peer support programs, Family Smart empowers families to access the resources and assistance they need to advocate for their children’s well-being. Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal record check

- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, excel in oral and written communication, demonstrate interpersonal awareness, and exercise good judgment
- The candidates should uphold strong values and ethics, have a strong focus on client satisfaction, and be flexible and organized team players
- The candidates should show initiative in their work responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

- The candidates should be able to maintain program statistics for purposes of evaluation and research
