Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have one to two years of experience in the relevant field

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities that expand customer relationships with BMO beyond personal banking and guide customers in the branch lobby, offering advice on digital and self-serve options for a streamlined banking experience
- The candidates should be able to lead lobby interactions, engaging in client conversations to recommend alternative banking channels and provide personal banking and investment advice
- The candidates should be able to meet customer transaction needs with seamless execution and review customer profiles and engage in needs-based conversations to identify opportunities and address everyday banking and credit card
- The candidates should be able to contribute to branch business results and enhance the customer experience and support operational activities, including inventory management, handling escalated service requests, following up on applications, filing, and managing opening and closing tasks
- The candidates should be able to act as key members of a collaborative and versatile branch and market team and probe to understand customer banking and credit card needs, integrating marketing promotions and programs into conversations to provide strategic advice
- The candidates should be able to organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness and take initiative to find creative approaches that personalize each customer’s experience
- The candidates should be able to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall branch customer experience and work at multiple branches based on market needs, with a flexible work schedule including varying days, hours, and shifts
- The candidates should be able to follow through on risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets, maintain privacy, and act in customers’ best interests and stay updated on the financial services marketplace, legal and regulatory environment, and ethical standards
