- The candidates should be able to provide counselling on prescriptions, over-the-counter, and behind-the-counter products, offering guidance and information to customers
- The candidates should be able to practice to the full extent of their expanded scope with Professional Services, leveraging their skills and knowledge within their capability
- The candidates should be able to be clearly identifiable to the public, fostering trust and transparency
- The candidates should be able to ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions dispensed, verifying details thoroughly before providing medication
- The candidates should be able to communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals within the circle of care, contributing to collaborative customer care
- The candidates should be able to maintain all records required in accordance with legislation, standards of practice, and policy, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
