Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years

Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to manage staff, assign duties, and determine merchandise and services to be sold
The candidates should be able to implement price and credit policies, develop and implement marketing strategies, and determine staffing requirements
The candidates should be able to resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
The candidates should be able to recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
