Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy conditions, perform repetitive tasks, and handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding work, possess manual dexterity, and have attention to detail
- The candidates should possess hand-eye coordination, be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be willing to work overtime when required, and have the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should have experience with weight handling and be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist machine operators or assemblers and transport material and tools to and from work areas
- The candidates should be able to adjust calendar rollers for production line change, weigh resins, colorants, and other chemicals according to formulae, and unload mixture into containers or conveyors for further processing
- The candidates should be able to place weighed materials in mixing machines, operate mixing machines to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specific consistency and viscosity, and follow formulation cards to mix resin batches for the injection molding process
- The candidates should be able to change dies on extruding machines according to production line change, assist in operation, repair, and maintenance, and monitor and inspect the quality of material produced
- The candidates should be able to trim and sand plastic or fiberglass parts, prepare and change molds, and adjust equipment for production line change
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory and set up and operate calender machines to transform plastic bales or slabs into continuous sheets or films of specified thickness
