Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to ensure store security by conducting daily patrols of the facility and validating that doors and showcases are secure and functioning properly and make external arrests
• The candidates should be able to investigate instances of financial and physical shrink, communicate findings to Store Leadership, and escalate internal cases to the Market Loss Prevention Manager
• The candidates should be able to support store evacuation procedures during emergencies such as fires and participate in store task team responsibilities
• The candidates should be able to conduct and support investigations related to internal theft, external organized retail crime, or other cases as assigned, ensuring adherence to Walmart Canada policies
• The candidates should be able to communicate effectively, clarifying issues and presenting different perspectives
• The candidates should be able to take on additional responsibilities as required by the Company’s evolving
