Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems
- The candidates should be able to install, repair, and maintain domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems, including locating and marking positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors
- The candidates should be able to cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings, as well as measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size
- The candidates should be able to join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
