Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the plumbing system, water supply network, and waste and drainage systems
- The candidates should be able to install, repair, and maintain domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems, locating and marking positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors
- The candidates should be able to cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes, join pipes using various methods, test pipes for leaks, determine piping system requirements and sizing, and measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size while supervising other workers
