Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: Plumber Trade Certification
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically capable of handling a physically demanding workload
- The candidates should possess strong hand-eye coordination to perform tasks accurately and efficiently
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads with the necessary strength and precautions
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their work, ensuring precision and attention to detail
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong client focus, prioritizing customer satisfaction and needs
- The candidates should possess good judgment in decision-making and problem-solving situations
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of the plumbing system, water supply network, and waste and drainage systems
- The candidates should be able to install, repair, and maintain domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
- The candidates should be able to locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors
- The candidates should be able to join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment
- The candidates should be able to test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges
- The candidates should be able to determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
- The candidates should be able to estimate costs and materials
- The candidates should be able to measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size
