Work setting: Various locations, commercial, residential, willing to relocate, and construction site
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials:Â Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses, aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification, working at heights training, occupational health and safety certificate, and workplace hazardous materials information system (WHMIS) certificate
Security and safety:Â Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should possess hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate and have a focus on clients
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems, locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors, and cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings
- The candidates should be able to install, repair, and maintain domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems, join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment, and determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
- The candidates should be able to measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size
