Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, as well as erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
• The candidates should be able to assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction and in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
• The candidates should be able to assist in framing houses, erecting walls, building roofs, and tending to machines used in construction
• The candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints, perform routine maintenance work, and operate mobile, tower, and pile driving cranes
• The candidates should be able to operate gantry, locomotive, bridge, and offshore oil rig cranes, as well as cranes mounted on boats or barges, performing pre-operational inspections and calculating crane capacities for rigging and hoisting
