Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and handle physically demanding tasks
The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines, be proficient in manual dexterity, and perform repetitive tasks
The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, be attentive to detail, and have good hand-eye coordination
The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required, have sound discrimination skills, and be able to sit for extended periods

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to perform pre-operational inspection, read blueprints to determine work requirements, and clean and pile salvaged materials
The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
The candidates should be able to direct traffic at or near construction sites, transport material and tools to and from work areas, and operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
The candidates should be able to handle, sort, and move drill pipes, tools, cement, and other materials, assist in routine maintenance and repair of equipment, and load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
The candidates should be able to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, assist in the design of moulds, tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures, and clean and maintain pipe units and fittings
The candidates should be able to install clamps, brackets, and hangers to support piping systems, join pipes and piping sections using soldering and welding equipment, and read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems
The candidates should be able to cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings, support mining advancement by extending and installing air and water pipes, and repair domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems
The candidates should be able to maintain and repair water well pumps, piping systems, and equipment, install domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems, and assist in the maintenance and repair of various pulp and paper machines and equipment
