Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically fit to lift mail containers up to 50 pounds, push or pull boxes, sort mail, and stand for extended periods and the flexibility to be available for temporary, on-call work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have training and experience interacting with the public in a retail or service environment, including handling sales and cash transactions
- The candidates should demonstrate an understanding of general or post office accounting systems
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sell postal products and services to both the business community and the general public, ensuring a customer-focused experience
- The candidates should be able to sort, distribute, and process mail into the correct classifications accurately and efficiently
- The candidates should be able to provide customers with necessary information and forms, offering clear guidance and support
- The candidates should be able to address delivery and service issues, working to resolve problems promptly and thoroughly to maintain customer satisfaction
