Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of high school
Experience: Candidates should have experience in business administration

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be physically fit to lift mail containers of up to 50 lb, push or pull boxes, sort mail, and stand for extended periods of time and flexibility to be available for temporary, on-call work

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have training and experience interacting with the public in a retail and service environment, including sales and cash transactions and understanding of general or post office accounting systems

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to sell postal products and services to both the business community and the public, promoting offerings effectively
  • The candidates should be able to sort, distribute, and process mail accurately into appropriate classifications to ensure timely delivery
  • The candidates should be able to provide customers with relevant information and necessary forms, assisting with postal inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to address delivery and service difficulties, resolving problems quickly and thoroughly to maintain customer satisfaction
