Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have previous dishwashing experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand on their feet for 8 hours
- The candidates should be able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be animated and know how to make things fun for everyone
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean pots, dishes, and glassware with great care to attain provincial health standards
- The candidates should be able to sweep the kitchen and storage areas on an ongoing basis to maintain cleanliness
- The candidates should be able to take responsibility for ensuring the cleanliness of the entire kitchen
- The candidates should be able to ensure that daily and weekly cleaning checklists are maintained
- The candidates should be able to remove garbage on a nightly basis to a determined location
- The candidates should be able to assist kitchen and service personnel during busy times
- The candidates should be able to record all breakages on a list stating the reason for breakage
- The candidates should be able to avoid waste of food, materials, and chemicals whenever possible
- The candidates should be able to maintain cleanliness in appearance, dress, and personal hygiene
