Salary: $22.00 to $24.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 20 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Part time leading to full time
Location: 2 Indell Lane Brampton, ON L6T 3Y3
Shifts: Day, Weekend, On Call
Transportation information: Public transportation is available

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Metal forming or shaping operations experience: Bending, Drawing, Forming, Metal twisting, and Punching
Equipment and machinery experience: AutoCAD, Computer numerical control (CNC) machines, Hand tools, and Punch presses
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively in noisy environments
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and possess manual dexterity for precise tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be comfortable standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should exhibit hand-eye coordination for accurate performance and be physically fit to perform physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads as part of their duties and able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as necessary
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required and work effectively under pressure
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape, or straighten sheet metal and check products for correct shapes, dimensions, and other specifications
- The candidates should be able to verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) and read blueprints and drawings
- The candidates should be able to clean and lubricate machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation
