Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as College or University Degree preferably in Business
Experience: Candidates should have minimum 2-3 years experience in Pricing or Trade or similar finance role such as Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to analyze, find root causes of errors, and follow through
  • The candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines
  • The candidates should demonstrate intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel
  • The candidates should have experience in SAP, SAP Business Intelligence (BI), ITCM, ECC, and CRM
  • The candidates should exhibit strong and effective verbal and communication skills with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to enter, verify, and maintain regional pricing for MLF business and able to enter, verify, and maintain customer-specific monthly pricing
  • The candidates should be able to enter, verify, and maintain off-invoice allowances and able to review and validate pricing discrepancies at order entry
  • The candidates should be able to review, validate, and approve pricing deductions and should effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management
  • The candidates should be able to liaise with internal and external auditors on controls testing and act as a liaison between Revenue Management, Sales, Customer Supply Chain, and Accounts Receivable
  • The candidates should be able to provide monthly pricing deduction reporting and handle ad hoc requests on Rebates, International & Industrial pricing, and system-related issues
  • The candidates should be able to provide support on pricing-related projects and maintain strict adherence to Trade Investment policies and enter, verify, and maintain Trade Accruals in the CRM system, including adjustments and turnbacks
  • The candidates should be able to validate and process customer claims & payments in a timely and accurate manner and should communicate with Sales and Accounts Receivable on outstanding trade deductions
  • The candidates should be able to review, validate, and clear Trade deductions and should process payments to 3rd party Trade Spend Partners
  • The candidates should be able to provide monthly account reconciliations for TMA and should monitor, escalate, and promote awareness with the business on accrual performance and spending trends
  • The candidates should be able to provide monthly Trade Unapplied Balances reporting and should provide monthly Trade Adjustment/Turnback reporting
  • The candidates should be able to provide insight and support for the quarterly True-up of discretionary spend and should maintain Foodservice Sales commitment template on a monthly basis
  • The candidates should be able to provide Foodservice TIARR on a monthly basis and should provide support and execute the Foodservice quarterly rate changes
  • The candidates should be able to handle ad hoc requests on Turnback, Adjustments, Journals, and system-related issues and should provide support on TMA projects
