Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a bachelor’s degree in science, engineering and operations management
Experience: Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience supervising teams in manufacturing environments

- The candidates should exhibit managerial courage and take ownership of responsibilities and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to engage and empower their team effectively
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be bilingual to effectively communicate with the head office in the United States and demonstrate intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- The candidates should have experience in planning and managing operational budgets and possess a background in continuous improvement
- The candidates should have experience in maintenance management and possess strong communication skills and experience implementing changes
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to implement preventive and corrective actions and carry out observation tours and preventive inspections and ensure compliance with OHS standards for all personnel (wearing PPE, lockout, working at height, confined spaces and environmental standards and participate in accident investigations within their sector
- The candidates should be able to provide health and safety training to staff in their sector and ensure compliance with quality rules (documentation, procedure monitoring and HACCP, implement preventive and corrective actions regarding quality management
- The candidates should be able to carry out quality observation tours, conduct compliance audits and implement corrective actions to address quality complaints
- The candidates should be able to ensure the implementation of production schedules and optimal management of the cream process and implement actions aimed at resolving production issues
- The candidates should be able to maximize equipment performance, escalate operational issues to maximize resolution speed and collaborate with teams on action plans and ensure the achievement of departmental efficiency objectives
- The candidates should be able to manage financial goals and perform budget management routines, lead presentations during departmental operations meetings, manage their teams (coaching, development, training and discipline)
- The candidates should be able to carry out workforce management time worked, flexibility, skills development, feedback, performance and recognition
- The candidates should be able to provide strong leadership daily to achieve results and improve practices and processes and coach team members, resolve problems, and implement corrective and preventive actions quickly
- The candidates should be able to communicate with various internal and external stakeholders or partners to achieve objectives and improve results and ensure compliance with manufacturing management system (KHMS) practices and tools
- The candidates should be able to lead KHMS operational meetings and participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency (yield, Line Effectiveness Rate TRG and OEE) and lead the implementation of actions to address gaps in key performance indicators and participate in problem-solving analysis processes
