Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering and operations management
Experience: Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience supervising teams in manufacturing environments

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to engage and empower their team and a structured work approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be bilingual to communicate with the head office in the United States and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software
  • The candidates should have experience in planning and managing operating budgets and background in continuous improvement
  • The candidates should have experience in maintenance management and demonstrate managerial courage
  • The candidates should act as an owner, strong communication skills and experience in implementing changes

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to implement preventive and corrective actions and carry out observation tours and preventive inspections and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards for all personnel, including wearing PPE, lockout procedures, working at height, confined spaces, and environmental standards
  • The candidates should be able to participate in accident investigations within their sector and provide health and safety training to staff in their sector and ensure compliance with quality rules, including documentation, procedure monitoring, and HACCP standards
  • The candidates should be able to implement preventive and corrective actions regarding quality management and carry out quality observation tours and conduct compliance audits, implement corrective actions to address quality complaints
  • The candidates should be able to ensure the implementation of production schedules and optimal management of the cream process implement actions aimed at addressing production issues
  • The candidates should be able to maximize equipment performance escalate operational issues to maximize the speed of resolution and work with teams on action plans
  • The candidates should be able to ensure the achievement of efficiency objectives for their department, perform financial goal management and budget management routines and presentations at their department’s operations meetings, manage their teams, including coaching, development, training, and discipline
  • The candidates should be able to carry out workforce management, including time worked, flexibility, knowledge and know-how, feedback, coaching, performance, development, and recognition
  • The candidates should be able to provide strong leadership daily in achieving results and improving practices and processes and coach team members, resolve problems, and quickly implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions
  • The candidates should be able to communicate with various stakeholders or partners internally and externally to achieve planned objectives and improve results, lead KHMS operational meetings
  • The candidates should be able to participate in the creation of projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, such as yield and Line Effectiveness Rate (TRG and OEE) and lead the implementation of actions to address gaps in key performance indicators and participate in problem-solving analysis processes
