Supervision:Â Staff in various areas of responsibility
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years’
Area of work experience: Quality assurance or control
Credentials:Â Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, First aid certificate, Occupational health and safety certificate
Security and safety:Â Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have attention to detail
- The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required and be capable of working under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, exhibit excellent oral and written communication, and be flexible
- The candidates should exercise good judgment, be organized, and be reliable
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies and recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotion
- The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports, recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules, co-ordinate work activities with other work units, identify, evaluate, control, and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
