Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be production, quality, and safety-oriented
- The candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn to read, understand, and follow blueprints or assembly manuals
- The candidates should be able to lift and maneuver 50 pounds repeatedly
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have training or experience in MIG welding, with the ability to follow guidelines and standard procedures
- The candidates should possess attention to detail, problem-solving skills (basic mechanical and mathematical aptitude), and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform welding tasks on a variety of agricultural equipment components
- The candidates should be able to follow job order specifications while performing welding duties
- The candidates should be able to join our growing team as a Production Welder
