Salary: $16.00 to $24.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 42.5 to 46.5 hours per week

Welding techniques: Gas metal arc welding (GMAW)
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots and Welding helmet
Credentials: First Aid Certificate and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and handle physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should have good manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and good hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, handle weight, and handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and be flexible
- The candidates should be organized and a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment and examine welds to ensure they meet standards and/or specifications
- The candidates should be able to operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
