Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Post-Secondary Degree in Engineering, Business, or Agriculture
Experience: Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a similar customer service role

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be effective collaborators across functional disciplines and willing and able to travel domestically and internationally
• The candidates should be able to thrive and grow in a continuously evolving environment and exceptional time management and multi-tasking abilities

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering business development, and product innovation and development, with a preference for experience in agriculture construction
• The candidates should be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and review and analyze project drawings
• The candidates should have experience with complex technical customer requirements, quote products and demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The candidates should possess superior business analysis and project management capabilities
• The candidates should have experience operating within a matrix organization and strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to review and analyze customer quote requirements to provide equipment quotations that meet defined customer requirements
• The candidates should be able to oversee and direct projects from RFQ to on-site delivery of the project and effectively communicate and guide projects through the entire process
• The candidates should be able to analyze, manage, communicate, and mitigate risks from quote to delivery and review quotes, projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• The candidates should be able to validate, audit project, quotes to ensure they are accurate and meet or exceed target margin expectations for respective markets or regions
• The candidates should be able to interface directly with the customer or dealers and all AGI functions to coordinate and execute sales execution activities and apply knowledge of AGI product lines to communicate detailed RFQ requirements
• The candidates should be able to work with the sales execution team, application engineering, and product experts to address AGI product application concerns and interface with the customer to provide solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
• The candidates should be able to work with system designers in the development of project process flow diagrams, layout drawings, and equipment lists for quotation
• The candidates should be able to coordinate with appropriate functions for order fulfillment and project delivery and participate and contribute to AGI 2.0 internal business development projects
• The candidates should be able to maintain file organization structure, participate in developing and maintaining project task boards (JIRA), and SharePoint sites and perform all other duties
