Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a high school diploma , GED, or International equivalent
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to lift 40+ lbs./18+ kgs
- The candidates should be able to have availability to work flexible shift hours
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- The candidates should exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work in the package center servicing customers and coordinating the center’s administrative activities
- The candidates should be able to be responsible for the training and development of center administrative employees where such employees are assigned, and will direct the work of others
- The candidates should be able to deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
- The candidates should be able to take ownership of customer’s shipping needs and offer viable solutions
- The candidates should be able to take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
- The candidates should be able to operate all equipment, software, and devices and train others
- The candidates should be able to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
