Experience: Candidates should have utilize over 3 years of experience with automation using leading industry automation tools
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in cross-functional teams, work with minimal supervision
- The candidates should be able to effectively work with Salesforce in the context of QA processes, possess good problem-solving skills
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and curiosity
- The candidates should apply excellent QA fundamentals and have experience with QA processes, tools, and execution
- The candidates should be able to manage testing on mission-critical systems in an agile environment with teams located across multiple geographies
- The candidates should be able to leverage over 5 years of experience in test execution and delivery
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to analyze scope, requirements, and project timelines, stay abreast of modern technologies and practices, and recommend the introduction of new technology and processes
- The candidates should be able to act as the Subject Matter Expert and be responsible for testing on multiple complex initiatives and production issues
- The candidates should be able to conduct health checks after production deployments, create test cases and be involved in hands-on execution
- The candidates should be able to present the test results and demonstrate the functionalities to the business and other stakeholders
