Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to carry out quality and process control tours on production lines
  • The candidates should be able to promote compliance with manufacturing standards by employees in terms of hygiene and health
  • The candidates should be able to support and advise production in resolving problems
  • The candidates should be able to monitor critical control points such as metal detectors, x-rays, and inspection cameras
  • The candidates should be able to monitor improvement projects and the creation of new products by actively participating with different departments
  • The candidates should be able to validate recipes and collect and analyze data from samples taken
  • The candidates should be able to monitor the conservation of aged products and ingredients and make deductions and draft RNC (Non-Conformity Reports)
  • The candidates should be able to provide assistance with physicochemical and microbiological analyses and investigate internal or external complaints
  • The candidates should be able to perform calibration and calibration of various measuring equipment
  • The candidates should be able to validate cleanings by surface swab and ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) techniques
