Windchime Valley Ranch Inc is a distinguished agricultural enterprise specializing in sustainable and organic farming practices. The ranch offers a variety of products, including premium quality meats, dairy, and produce, all raised and grown with a focus on environmental stewardship and animal welfare. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. The position of Ranch worker is approved by LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment)

Salary: $21.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Location: Turner Valley, AB – Diamond Valley, AB
Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Rural area, Staff accommodation available, and Relocation costs covered by employer
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and able to work in dusty environments
- The candidates should have experience or interest in horse breeding
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be organized, reliable, and team players
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, exercise good judgment, and be quick learners.
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to handle animals, monitor animal health, and perform animal grooming activities
- The candidates should be able to maintain livestock performance records and select livestock for sale
- The candidates should be able to train horses
