Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas and provide basic information to clients and the public
- The candidates should be able to obtain and process information required to provide customer service and order office supplies
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments and send invoices
- The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs and receive and issue payments
- The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to calculate billing charges and perform data entry
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
