Salary: $24.00 to $27.00 hourly (to be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 850, RUE PRINCIPALE, Sainte-Mélanie, QC J0K 3A0
Shifts: Day
Transportation information: Valid driver’s license, Own vehicle

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, Database software, Data analysis software, Human resources software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet
Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be a repetitive taskers
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be organized and judgmental
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to prepare and post notices and advertisements
  • The candidates should be able to collect and screen applicants, advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • The candidates should be able to review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  • The candidates should be able to notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • The candidates should be able to determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
