Transportation information: Valid driver’s license, Own vehicle
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, Database software, Data analysis software, Human resources software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet
Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be a repetitive taskers
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized and judgmental
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and post notices and advertisements
- The candidates should be able to collect and screen applicants, advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
- The candidates should be able to review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
- The candidates should be able to notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
- The candidates should be able to determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
