Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of one season of experience as a Reservation Agent, Front Desk Agent, or Sales Coordinator at Panorama Mountain Village
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to problem-solve and multi-task under stressful situations
- The candidates should be willing to have fun, take on new challenges, learn, and adapt to various situations and scenarios
- The candidates should be available for full-time, year-round work, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Springer Miller Systems, and RTP and possess exceptional communication skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform all job tasks identified in the Reservation Agents’ job descriptions to the highest standards while acting as a role model for the team
- The candidates should be able to monitor daily operations, ensuring tasks and reporting are completed correctly in coordination with the Reservations Manager and Supervisor
- The candidates should be able to track call center targets and agent statistics, providing motivation and recognition to the team
- The candidates should be able to assign tasks, monitor individual performance, and provide coaching, motivation, and feedback
- The candidates should be able to assist with Reservation Checks and provide feedback to reservation agents with integrity and diligence
- The candidates should be able to handle escalated calls and manage difficult situations professionally and report misbehavior or ethical compromises to the Reservations Manager or Supervisor
- The candidates should be able to stay updated on resort events, communicate relevant information to the team, and maintain accurate online guides
- The candidates should be able to monitor operational progress and address concerns related to individuals or systems with the Reservations Manager and Supervisor and assist with training new and existing staff using available training resources
- The candidates should be able to participate in the hiring process alongside the Reservations Manager and Supervisor and complete any additional tasks required to support department and resort goals
