Salary: $30.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer and willing to relocate
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and be capable of meeting tight deadlines while demonstrating strong attention to detail in their work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their work schedule and tasks, exhibiting reliability in completing assigned responsibilities
- The candidates should be team players, fostering collaboration and supporting team goals
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to select and employ trade subcontractors, coordinate their activities, and inspect their work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement marketing, advertising, and sales strategies, perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities, and prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects
- The candidates should be able to work with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications, prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors, and hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors
