Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Cuisine specialties: South Indian
Credentials: CPR certificate and first aid certificate
Security and safety: Reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smoking
- The candidates should be physically fit to handle demanding tasks and adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be comfortable with repetitive tasks and have experience with weight handling within the range of 61 and 80 kg (133-176 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate punctuality and reliability
- The candidates should be focused on client satisfaction and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should be dependable and organized
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility and show initiative
- The candidates should exercise good judgment and exhibit patience
- The candidates should be honest
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer bedside and personal care, assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, and assist in regular exercise, e.g., walking
- The candidates should be able to feed or assist in feeding, launder clothing and household linens, and mend clothing and linens
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, provide companionship, and provide personal care
- The candidates should be able to shop for food and household supplies, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and cook
