Hy-Flyer Foods (Canada) Inc. was formed in May 2012 when acquired 57 KFC and Taco Bell restaurants in Alberta and Manitoba from Priszm Income Fund and were granted the franchise rights to operate. We, our 1,000+ team members, and our Philippine-based parent company – the Ramcar Food Group, embarked on our journey of delivering KFC’s quality food and excellent service to customers in Canada. Since 2013, our Company has made significant investments in asset upgrades and renovations, starting with Calgary locations, then in Edmonton and Manitoba. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On Call, Flexible Hours and Morning
Security and safety: Basic security clearance is required and criminal record should checked
Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 – $500,000
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates need experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Candidates must have Safe Food Handling certificate
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of Accounting software, Electronic cash register, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Point of sale system and Spreadsheet
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines, handle heavy loads, pay attention to detail and also stand for extended periods
- The candidate should be a combination of sitting, standing, walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client, in a flexible environment and also in an organized way
- The candidate should be dependable, reliable and also a team player
- The candidate should have accuracy, efficient interpersonal skills and also an edxcellent oral and written communication
- The candidate should be able to supervise more than 20 people
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures, ensure health and safety regulations are followed and also negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- The candidate should be able to monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, develop, implement and analyze budgets and also participate in marketing plans and implementation
- The candidate should be able to set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance and also recruit, train and supervise staff
- The candidate should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and also provide customer service
