Shifts: Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Windows, and Spreadsheet 

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be capable of performing repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads in a physically demanding role
  • The candidates should have a keen attention to detail and be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and be able to manage a large workload
  • The candidates should be overtime may be required

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • The candidates should be able to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, conduct performance reviews, and cost products and services
  • The candidates should be able to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, organize and maintain inventory, and monitor revenues, modifying procedures and prices
  • The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, develop, implement, and analyze budgets, and participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and recruit, train, and supervise staff
