Supervision: More than 20 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, and spreadsheet
Security and safety: Bondable

  • The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment, thriving in situations that demand quick and efficient work, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining composure and productivity
  • The candidates should be skilled at handling tight deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects, and capable of standing for extended periods when necessary to fulfill job responsibilities
  • The candidates should be physically fit to manage the demands of a physically demanding work environment, comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking as required by the job
  • The candidates should demonstrate a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of their work, and willing to work overtime as required to meet project deadlines and organizational needs

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including setting staff work schedules and monitoring staff performance
  • The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews and recruit, train, and supervise staff
  • The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to monitor revenues, modify procedures and prices, and participate in marketing plans and implementation
