Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
The candidates should be able to cut carcasses, sides and quarters, prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
The candidates should be able to cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
The candidates should be able to wrap and package prepared meats, prepare special orders
The candidates should be able to remove bones from meat, clean and prepare fish and shellfish, slice cooked meats
The candidates should be able to weigh meats for sale, cut poultry into parts
The candidates should be able to cut fish into steaks and fillets, grind meats, make special sausages
