Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically demanding
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
- The candidates should be able to cut carcasses, sides and quarters, prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
- The candidates should be able to cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
- The candidates should be able to wrap and package prepared meats, prepare special orders
- The candidates should be able to remove bones from meat, clean and prepare fish and shellfish, slice cooked meats
- The candidates should be able to weigh meats for sale, cut poultry into parts
- The candidates should be able to cut fish into steaks and fillets, grind meats, make special sausages
