Salary: $41.25 hourly for 32 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Weekend

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of2 years to less than 3 years

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be a team player

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to direct and control daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, and manage staff while assigning duties
  • The candidates should be able to study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales, determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
  • The candidates should be able to locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, develop and implement marketing strategies, and plan budgets while monitoring revenues and expenses
  • The candidates should be able to determine staffing requirements, resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • The candidates should be able to oversee payroll administration, conduct performance reviews, and supervise office and volunteer staff

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
