Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, establish work schedules, and supervise and coordinate activities of workers
The candidates should be able to authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, and authorize the return of merchandise
The candidates should be able to sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, as well as organize and maintain inventory
The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
