Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a university degree
Experience: Candidates should have previous experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently with little direction and be willing to travel to retail locations daily (company car provided) and lift loads up to 50 lbs
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have passionate about selling and driving business results and willing to learn are encouraged to apply
- The candidates should possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and excellent listening skills and the ability to interact effectively one-on-one with clients
- The candidates should have a strong results orientation and customer focus and an intermediate mastery of digital tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- The candidates should be bilingual (English and French) to communicate with certain English-speaking customers and the head office in the United States

- The candidates should be able to focus on personal sales goals, develop new business, maintain customer relationships, and resolve specific customer problems
- The candidates should have growing product and market knowledge, with the ability to manage a mid-level sales role
- The candidates should be able to achieve established sales targets, focusing on small to medium-sized, stable accounts in identified markets or geographies
- The candidates should be able to prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals for supervisor review
- The candidates should be able to participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives
