VIP Pre-Cast Concrete Ltd based in Abbotsford, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Sales supervisor – retail. VIP Pre-Cast Concrete Ltd offer pre-cast concrete panels that are manufactured off-site and then transported to the construction site. Our panels are commonly used in building construction, such as for walls, floors, and facades. Our pre-cast elements are made in a controlled environment and then installed on-site. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized, flexible, and reliable
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- The candidates should be able to authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise
- The candidates should be able to authorize return of merchandise, establish work schedules, sell merchandise
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
