Shifts: Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during the course of their work
- The candidates should exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of their work and be able to stand for extended periods as necessary for the role

- The candidates should prioritize client focus, ensuring satisfaction and addressing client needs effectively
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing work requirements and priorities
- The candidates should be reliable, consistently delivering high-quality work outcomes

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for the training of staff, and establish work schedules
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, organize and maintain inventory, and resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of workers and conduct performance reviews
